Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel
- Oversee the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Forklift certification (desirable)
