Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Coordinating job placements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout their job search
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment
