Your questions answered
How much you earn will depend on a number of factors: how many days and hours you put in and how successful you are. The first £500 of weekly profit that you generate is yours and thereafter the profits are shared.
As a Libra Partner you always take the lion’s share of the profit and given that all of your costs are covered by your fee, you’ll be able to enjoy your profits without having to worry about investing it back into the business.
Our set up process is a fast as 24 hours. After our initial discussion we will issue our contract to you for your perusal and digital signature. You will then be given access to our recruitment system and we will book you in for a training session or two. But, as soon as you have access to the system you’re good to go.
There are no set up costs to join Libra. It is also completely free to run your recruitment agency on Libra until you earn more than £500 per week. So, as long as you stay under this weekly threshold, we will provide your business finance, software, payroll, invoicing and much more free of charge.
If you exceed the £500 threshold, our fees are then based on the profits that you generate.
The hours and days you work are entirely up to you. Some of our Libra Partners work every hour they can to maximise their profits. Others are content to do a few hours here and there as they prefer to run their business around their other commitments, such as children.
No. In order to set up a Libra Partnership you will need a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in the recruitment industry. You can operate in any recruitment sector depending on your expertise.
It’s entirely up to you. Some of our Libra Partners have taken out office space, but most of them work from home. The beauty of our recruitment system is that it allows you to run your business wherever you are. As long as you have a laptop, an internet connection and a smartphone, you have everything you need.
