Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: £12 per hour

Workchain is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our client's team in Stoke-On-Trent. This is an ongoing position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assemble doors of varying sizes with various hardware to be attached

• To use hand and air tools to assemble products

• To meet daily production targets

• To achieve required quality standards

• To follow health and safety processes and procedures

• To resolve assembly issues efficiently

• To follow manual handling procedures when lifting and carrying doors

• This told may involve the requirements for a reasonable amount of overtime

Qualifications:

• Competent use of hand and air tools (grinder, drill, screwdriver, tape measure).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel).

• High attention to detail.

• High level of accuracy.

• Good hand-eye coordination.
