We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to join our client in Gloucester on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including cars and vans
- Transport goods and materials to various destinations
- Ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Good knowledge of Gloucester and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
