Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for temporary work in Birmingham? Workchain has an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team.

This is a 6 week contract, Starting 11th Nov 2024. 5 out of the 7 days, so weekends will be required.

Days and Nights, Various start times. Nights is classed for 1500.

The Class 1 HGV driver will be delivering depot to depot mainly, some little depot drops might be included.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive HGV Class 1 vehicles
- Delivering goods to various locations in and around Birmingham
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Adhering to all road transport regulations and laws
- Maintaining excellent customer service when dealing with clients

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license, Min of 2 years experience, no more than 6 points, over 25 for insurance reasons only.
- Valid CPC qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver
- Good knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
