Responsibilities:
- Operating a Class 2 road sweeper vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
- Carrying out scheduled road sweeping duties across various locations in Hinckley and surrounding areas.
- Ensuring timely and efficient completion of assigned routes, adhering to designated schedules.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its optimal performance.
- Reporting any defects or issues promptly to the appropriate channels.
- Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Working in collaboration with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
- Possess a valid CPC and digi-card.
- Previous experience operating a Class 2 road sweeper vehicle is highly desirable.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet tight schedules.
- A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work weekends if required.
