As a CNC Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operative or similar role
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus

Pay Rate: £12.5 - £13.5 per hour
