Workchain is currently recruiting for a Despatch Coordinator position in Banbury. This is a permanent role in the driving industry with a competitive pay rate of £11.50 to £12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the despatch of deliveries and collections
- Planning and scheduling delivery routes efficiently
- Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Keeping accurate records of all despatch activities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant software systems for despatch coordination
- A valid driving license is preferred
