Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of drivers and ensuring they are completing their assigned routes efficiently and safely
- Coordinating driver schedules and assigning tasks accordingly
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy
- Handling any driver-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Liaising with clients to ensure delivery schedules are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Own and report on key measures to your Head of Operations in a data metric format on a weekly basis, escalate risks and react in a timely manner to resolve and minimize further issues

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the driving industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the driving industry
- Full UK driving license with a clean driving record

The pay rate for this position is between £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
