Workchain is currently seeking a Driver Manager for our client located in Banbury. As a Driver Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's driving team to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of drivers, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Planning and coordinating driver schedules and routes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Monitoring driver performance and implementing improvements where necessary
- Resolving any issues or complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize delivery processes and procedures
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the driving industry
