Workchain is currently recruiting for an Event Controller to join our client's team in Banbury. As an Event Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing all aspects of events, from concept to completion
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Coordinating with various teams, including catering, entertainment, and security, to ensure smooth running of events
- Budgeting and financial management for events
- Handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Reporting on the success of events and making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent customer service skills
