Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach forklift to ensure the safe loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and practices to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Picking, packing, and replenishing stock as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections of the forklift equipment, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Maintaining inventory records and documenting any stock discrepancies.
- Collaborating with team members to coordinate and prioritize warehouse operations.
- Following instructions from supervisors and managers to carry out daily tasks effectively.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid and up-to-date Reach forklift license is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating a Reach forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations related to forklift operations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy loads, as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and stock management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
