Job Description:
Workchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking skilled and experienced Forklift Drivers with Reach experience to join our client's team in Tamworth. This is a temporary position in the Industrial industry, offering competitive pay rates of £11.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach Forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Loading and unloading materials to and from storage areas, ensuring accurate placement while maintaining product quality.
- Assisting with warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, and general housekeeping tasks.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on the Reach Forklift to ensure smooth operation.
- Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets and achieve operational efficiency.
- Keeping all relevant documentation up to date and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Reach Forklift license with a proven track record of operating such equipment.
- Previous experience working as a Forklift Driver, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in accurately making calculations involving weights, measures, and volumes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
