Workchain is currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our client's team in Cannock/ Norton Canes the location is WS11 9XG. Due to the location of this particular role your own transport is preferred but not essential. This is a ongoing position within the industrial industry, offering a competitive pay rate of £11.44 - £12.50 per hour.

This role has a couple of requirements which are important you are able to commit to.

You will be starting on Tuesday 7th doing a 4 week training block @ £11.44

Week 1 - Tuesday 7th - Friday 10th 0600 - 1400

Week 2 - Monday 13th - Friday 17th 1400 - 2200

Week 3 - Monday 20th - Friday 24th 0600 - 1400

Week 4 - Monday 27th - Friday 31st 1400 - 2200

Then you will switch permanently to a night shift. @ £12.50

Week 5 ongoing - Sunday 2nd June - Thursday 6th June 23:50 - 0600

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general warehouse duties of loading and unloading.
- Operating air refilling machinery for metal tubes.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
