HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Burntwood
Salary: £15.25 per hour

Workchain is currently searching for a HGV Class 1 driver to work on a temporary basis in Burntwood. Our client is a well-established transport company that values its employees and offers a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering goods to various locations in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and ensuring proper documentation is collected and submitted
- Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues to the team leader
- Complying with all rules and regulations related to driving and vehicle maintenance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and excellent customer service

Qualifications Required:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 License
- Have experience in driving HGV vehicles in the UK
- Possess a valid CPC and Digi-Tacho Card
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Be physically fit and able to lift and move goods
