HGV Class 1 Driver – Burton on Trent

Location: Burton on Trent
Pay Rate: £15 per hour | £18.69 per hour (after 8pm) | £22.43 per hour (after 48 hours completed)
Shifts: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (Start time: 05:30am – 07:30am)
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing work (5 days guaranteed)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Burton on Trent. This role involves home delivery on a Class 2 or Class 1 store deliveries with between 5 and 15 drops per shift. The role is double manned, with a driver’s mate to assist with deliveries, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an HGV Class 1 driver (must be happy to drive HGV 2)

• No more than 6 points on your licence

• Must pass a DBS check

• Must pass a drugs and alcohol test
