Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations within Lutterworth, ensuring compliance with traffic rules, regulations, and prescribed routes.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while handling hazardous substances, ensuring compliance with relevant ADR regulations.
- Accurately complete paperwork and maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team, regarding any delays, changes in delivery schedules, or other relevant information.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during delivery or collection processes.

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 2 license with an exemplary driving record.
- ADR certification, including classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 for the transportation of dangerous goods is essential.
- Prior experience in transporting hazardous materials, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of ADR regulations.
- Strong understanding of road traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues.
- Positive work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Flexibility with working hours and the ability to complete deliveries within tight deadlines.
- A reliable and responsible approach to the handling and transportation of goods.

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
