As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will have the following key responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
- Transport goods from various locations, ensuring timely delivery within set deadlines
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service, being the face of our client's company during each delivery
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the security and integrity of transported goods

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, with no more than six penalty points
- Possess a CPC Card (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Have a good understanding of road safety and the ability to comply with driving regulations
- Previous experience driving HGV Class 2 vehicles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle paperwork accurately
- A reliable and punctual nature, with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks as required
