We have an exciting opportunity with a well-established paper company based in Castle Donington, offering an ongoing position for an HGV Class 2 Driver with an immediate start.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering paper and other goods to businesses across the UK. While the vehicles will be pre-loaded, a small amount of manual handling may be required at delivery locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transporting large reels of paper to customer sites with some handball involved
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Complete delivery/pick-up paperwork accurately and on time

Qualifications:

- Valid UK driver's license with a maximum of 6 points with a valid CPC and Tacho
- Minimum 6 months HGV experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude

Hours of work:

05:00 – 08:00 starts Monday to Friday, averaging at 8 to 11 hours daily and flexibility for occasional nights out (when required)

Weekend work also available at in inflated pay rate.
