Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to transport goods efficiently and on time
- Conduct vehicle checks before and after each journey to ensure roadworthiness and maintenance issues are reported promptly
- Adhere to all relevant traffic and driving regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements
- Load and unload goods carefully, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures
- Complete paperwork and logbooks accurately, providing detailed reports where required
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 license, including CPC and digi-tachograph cards
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver
- Excellent knowledge of UK roads, traffic regulations, and route planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete paperwork accurately
- A reliable and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and impeccable punctuality
- The ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team when required
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to load and unload goods safely

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
