- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless production processes.
- Adhering to production schedules and deadlines to effectively meet customer requirements.
- Properly documenting work progress and reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating laser machinery within a technical environment is highly desirable.
- Proficient knowledge of laser technology, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for updating production records and documentation.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as required.

Pay Rate: £11.00 per hour
