Our leading client is looking for multiple candidates to join their business based just outside of Birmingham City centre (B9 postcode)

This is a permanent position within the industrial sector, offering a competitive pay rate of £11.44 per hour. When you go permanent there is a salary increase and other bonuses available!

This role will be working 0700 - 1700 Monday to Friday. This contract is on a temporary to permanent. You will be working mostly with cardboard that is processed and recycled, sorting, stacking and regrading and then loading and unloading. There is a good amount of handball in this role so an element of physical fitness is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operating machinery as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Forklift license may be advantageous
