Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Gloucester. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Stock control and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift license is desirable but not essential
