Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing
- Mix and apply paint using spray guns or brushes
- Ensure a consistent and even coat of paint is applied
- Make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve the desired finish
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Pay Rate: £12 to £13 per hour
