Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Location: Uttoxeter
Hours: Monday to Thursday, flexible hours, 6am - 3:30pm or 7am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.95 - £14 per hour

Workchain is currently recruiting for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our client's team in Uttoxeter. The post holder is responsible for processing a number of different sized products. They will have a keen eye for detail and be used to working to very high specifications and standards, whilst working to tight deadlines in a fast paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing parts including sanding and filling and mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
- Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts and ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
- Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
- Checking route cards are for the right part and ensuring protection on the part is correct
- Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery and ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an industrial setting including part preparation (sanding/filling)
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for colour matching
- Experience of mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
- Experience of using HVLP pot gun
