Workchain is currently recruiting for a Pallet Repairer to join our client's team in Longwell Green. As a Pallet Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing pallets to ensure they meet industry standards and are safe to use.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting pallets for damage and identifying areas that need repair
- Removing damaged boards, nails, and other materials from pallets
- Repairing and replacing damaged boards and components
- Sanding and refinishing pallets as needed
- Ensuring repaired pallets meet quality standards and are safe for use
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pallet repair or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
