Workchain is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to join our client in Swindon as a Pallet Repairer. As a Pallet Repairer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by ensuring that all pallets are in good condition for reuse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting pallets for damage and identifying areas that require repair
- Repairing damaged pallets using appropriate tools and techniques
- Sorting pallets based on type and condition
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pallet repair or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in pallet repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
