Our client, a leading industrial company, is looking for Pickers to join their team in Oakham. The role will involve picking and packing products according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times. The shift pattern will be 06:00am to 14:00pm working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation
- Following company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills

The pay rate for this role is £10.42 per hour.
