Workchain is currently looking for a Production Operative to join our client's team in Bilston. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and production processes within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe manner
- Assembly of products according to production specifications
- Quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Packing and sorting products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
