Workchain is currently seeking a Production Operative in Bilston to join our client's team in the industrial sector. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the quality of the production process.

This is an ongoing block of work. Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery to produce goods
- Assembling products according to specifications
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Following health and safety regulations on the production floor
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with other duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
