Workchain are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client based in Bourne. This is a temporary position within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment within a production environment
- Assembling products according to company specifications
- Quality checking finished products for defects
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Keeping work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
