Recycling Operative in Cheltenham

Workchain is currently seeking a dedicated Recycling Operative to join our client's team in Cheltenham on a permanent basis. This role is within the Industrial industry and offers a competitive pay rate of £12 to £13 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials
- Operating machinery to process materials efficiently
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A proactive approach to work and a strong work ethic
