Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery to compact and process recyclables
- Assisting with general maintenance of recycling equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a related role preferred but not required
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Basic understanding of recycling processes and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
