Our client in the Industrial industry is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure daily operational goals are met
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management software
- Health and safety certification is preferred

The pay rate for this position is between £35,000 to £39,998 per annum, depending on experience.
