Workchain is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Bedford. This is a permanent position with a competitive pay rate of £11.44 to £12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and quality
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Organizing and storing goods in the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Using handheld devices to manage stock and record data

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- A valid counterbalance forklift truck license would be an advantage
