Workchain is currently seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative for a temporary role in Derby. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of the correct quality
- Storing goods in the correct locations within the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred but not essential
