We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Lutterworth. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
- Picking and packing orders
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Operating machinery as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Any other duties as required by the manager

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required

The pay rate for this position is from £475 to £525 per week.
