Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently picking and packing orders to ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers within specified timeframes.
- Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory and load/unload materials.
- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining inventory records.
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet performance targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations consistently to guarantee a risk-free work environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Warehouse Operative is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to carry out manual handling tasks and lift heavy objects as required.

This position offers an hourly rate of £10.42 and provides the opportunity to gain experience in the thriving Industrial sector.
