Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and load products for distribution according to set procedures and guidelines.
2. Conduct regular stock checks, ensuring inventory accuracy and highlighting any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
3. Safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, adhering to health and safety regulations.
4. Organize and maintain an orderly warehouse by arranging stock in designated areas, optimizing space utilization.
5. Assist with receiving and unloading incoming deliveries, checking for damaged goods and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all warehouse tasks.
7. Adhere to established quality control standards, ensuring all products meet the required specifications.
8. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the warehouse to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
9. Comply with company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

Qualifications:
1. Prior experience working in a similar warehouse or industrial environment is highly desirable.
2. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and stocktaking procedures.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
5. Proficient in using warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (valid licenses/certifications preferred).
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions closely.
7. Excellent organizational skills, allowing for efficient and effective inventory management.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
