Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff
- Coordinate and prioritize daily workloads
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Monitor and maintain health and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Forklift license is desirable but not essential
