Workchain is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in West Brom near the Hawthorns Football ground. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the warehouse. This role deals with metal iron handrails and wough iron gates and stairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff a team of 8 - 10 people
- Ensuring that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate records
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
- Training and developing warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
