We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plant Fitter to join our team in Milton Keynes. If you have a strong working knowledge of petrol, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on a range of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, loaders, rollers, and other heavy construction equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

• Conduct routine servicing and inspections to ensure all equipment is running efficiently and safely.

• Travel to on-site locations as required to perform repairs and urgent maintenance tasks.

• Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards, identifying and reporting any defects.

• Maintain accurate service records and reports on all maintenance and repair work undertaken.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Plant Fitter or similar role.

• Strong understanding of petrol, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Experience with leading plant machinery brands such as JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Volvo (preferred but not essential).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
