We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our client's team in Banbury on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees - Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization - Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Assist with the creation of training materials and resources - Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development Qualifications required: - Previous experience in a training coordination role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of training best practices and techniques The pay rate for this position is between £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
