Shifts: Rotating shifts - Week 1: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Week 2: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

We are seeking a temp to perm Print Finisher to join our client in Derby. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and production process within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment with some manual work involved
Assemble and package products according to specifications
Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation including the finishing
Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards
Must have a good eye for details and be able to multi task
Follow all health and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Be flexible with every day being a little different

Qualifications:

Previous experience in production or printing and operating machinery in a similar environment is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, with Week 1 shifts running from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Week 2 shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
