Workchain is currently recruiting for a Drivers Mate to join our client's team in Avonmouth. As a Drivers Mate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the driver, loading and unloading vehicles, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the driver with vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is safely loaded and secured
- Helping to load and unload goods at delivery locations
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
