Workchain is currently recruiting for a Drivers Mate to join our client in Iron Acton. As a Drivers Mate, you will be responsible for assisting the driver with deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the driver with deliveries and collections
- Loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Communicating effectively with the driver and customers
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications required:
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate is preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
