We are seeking a temp to perm Printing/ Machine Operative to join our client in Derby. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and production process within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment

• Assemble and package products according to specifications

• Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation including the finishing

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards

• Must have a good eye for details and be able to multi task

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Be flexible with every day being a little different

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production or printing and operating machinery in a similar environment is preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, with Week 1 shifts running from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Week 2 shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
