Workchain is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Newbury. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and quality
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Keeping accurate records of goods received and dispatched
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times


Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
