Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham (B42)? Look no further! Our client in the Production industry is seeking a Production Supervisor ABS to join their team on a temporary to permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor from deliveries to stock management.
- Managing a team of production workers and ensuring targets are met
- Implementing and maintaining quality control processes
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to lead out in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000/ 14001
- Reporting on production output and identifying areas for improvement

- Follow the computer ABS system and keep accurate records.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the production industry in a Supervisor role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

This role offers a competitive pay rate of £13 per hour which when you go permanent will increase to be confirmed at the end of your temp to perm period.

For this role you will need to be able to attend a face to face interview and this is a full time role on site based in the B42 location.
